AN ECO-DESIGN PROCESS FOR ALL OUR PRODUCTS BY 2025
in order to minimise our environmental impact, and increase our recyclability and durability. We will publish our eco-design charter in 2021.

USING 100% CERTIFIED ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS BY 2025:
with raw materials that are kinder to the environment, people's health and animal welfare than conventional materials.

USING ONLY RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE PLASTIC BY 2025
and phasing out all plastic by 2030; we will already have eliminated all plastic bags, hangers and home delivery packaging by the end of 2021.

CONTINUING OUR QUALITY RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR SUPPLIERS

We will reduce our water impact by 30% by 2025 and 95% by 2030. We will reduce our net greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2025 and 95% by 2030.
