Loyalty Program

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 - We run a loyalty programme under the name «My Petit Bateau» which we refer to below as the «Programme». Set out below are the terms and conditions (which we refer to below as the «Rules» which govern the operation of, and your participation in, the Programme. Please read these Rules carefully. By joining the Programme you agree that you have read and will comply with these Rules at all times and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Jordan relating to the Programme.

1.2 - When we say «Petit Bateau», «we», «us» and «our» in these Rules we mean Petit Bateau Jordan running under Ghawi Trading Company.

1.3 - We reserve the right to amend these Rules or end the Programme at any time without prior notice to you in response to any change in applicable laws and regulations, judicial decisions, changes in recommendations or guidance issued by governmental agencies and/or any reasonable changes in our commercial policy.

2. JOINING THE PROGRAMME
2.1 - Provided you are over the age of 18 you may join the Programme free of charge when you purchase any of our products in participating stores in Jordan.

2.2 - To join the Programme and to receive information about Petit Bateau and special offers and promotions made available only to members of the Program, Just ask one of our staff members to register you. You must complete all fields marked as mandatory on the Registration Form in order to join the Programme including your full name, e-mail address and mobile number. You will also be asked (but not required) to provide us with the following information:

(a) your address, (b) your date of birth, (c) the names and date of birth of your children (if any).

3. POINT ACCUMULATION
3.1 - The accumulation of points shall work as set out below and take place at the check-out in the participating stores or on the Website for all purchases:

- JD 1 = 1 point.

3.2 - The accumulation of points shall allow you to benefit, from the following discounts which must be used in full on your next purchase (as from the next day as follows:
Points accumulated (including taxes)
150 Points
Discount applied
JD 5.00

3.3 - Discounts will only be applied to purchases made in Jordan only.

3.4 - You can see the number of points on request in store, and/or looking at your receipts. Please note that the loyalty discounts are not divisible and can only be used for one purchase.

3.5 - If you return any product in relation to which points have been awarded in accordance with these Rules, those points will be automatically deducted at the time of return.

3.6 - The loyalty discount cannot be used in conjunction with any sales or purchase of gift cards. The loyalty discount cannot be applied to the purchase of shoes on sale or otherwise; however, it can be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

4. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1 - As part of the registration process for the Programme, you agree to receive e-mails and SMS from
be of interest to you. You may at any time notify us that you no longer want to receive these e-mails either by
us, our affiliates and our partners concerning our news following the instructions set out in the e-mails and products, services and offers which we believe may themselves or as set out in our privacy policy.
